Analytics on the marketing website
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and how visitors use Outrig. Google Analytics is optional: its script is not loaded until you choose Accept analytics in the website cookie banner. We do not use advertising pixels or social media tracking widgets on this marketing website.
When analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may set cookies including _ga and _ga_* and process page views, interactions, device and browser details, approximate location and analytics identifiers. We use this information to measure site performance and improve our content and customer journey.
Your consent choice
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser using local storage under the key outrig_analytics_consent. This storage is necessary to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics; it is not used to track your activity.
You can change your decision at any time by selecting Cookie settings at the bottom of the website. Rejecting analytics updates Google consent to denied and removes Google Analytics cookies that are accessible to the site. You can also clear website data through your browser settings.
Form entries and essential services
The enquiry form and pricing calculator do not use cookies, local storage or session storage to save the information you enter. While a form is open, its entries and a request identifier are held in the page’s temporary memory to support submission and retries. Your browser may independently offer autofill or restore a previous page.
Our hosting service may use essential security technology when protecting the site from abuse. Preview or administrator sessions may also behave differently from the public website. These functions are separate from optional visitor analytics.

Google processes optional analytics information for this service. Google operates internationally, so analytics information may be processed outside the UK. Our website privacy notice gives more detail about recipients, international processing and your rights.
